REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Return

• Item must be unused and in original sealed packaging
• Original box and receipt required
• Skincare/beauty products that have been opened cannot be returned

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Sale or promotional items
• Items damaged due to customer misuse

Return Process

• Contact us at sell.themishop@gmail.com with photos/video of the issue
• Wait for our approval before sending the item back
• If the return is due to our error, we will email you a prepaid return label (UPS/USPS)
• If the return is customer-initiated, please ship the item back at your own expense
